'New York Post' sued over Boston Marathon bombings coverage

The New York Post is being sued over its coverage of the Boston Marathon bombings. Salaheddin Barhoum, 16, and Yassine Zaimi, 24, claim in a lawsuit that the newspaper inflicted emotional distress on them and invaded their privacy for printing an article which appeared to portray them as suspects of the April 15 attack. The two men also accuse The New York Post of subjecting them to "scorn, hatred, ridicule, or contempt". Pictures of both Barhoum and Zaimi were published in an article titled 'Bag Men', which appeared to allege that the FBI was investigating them for possibly committing the bombings.
